The Palpable Mirror

I genuinely enjoy doing work like this because I consider myself more of a "fine art" person. This image was actually made using photoshop and a Movable 3D Human Model Website (https://www.kineman.com/new/webapp/index.php). The entire process was lengthy but I wouldn't mind doing this daily. I found a French Impressionist oil painting on Canvas by Berthe Morisot.  It is called "The Psyche mirror" (1876). Then, I proceeded to look for skeletons that mirror the subject of the painting which was impossible. With the help of one of my professor's (David Prete), we were able to find a Movable 3D Human Model Website that you could manipulate. Knowledge of the human anatomy really helped here! After playing with said website, I moved into photoshop and mimicked the art style and painting texture, manipulated the lighting and finished the piece.
